Mediterranean Tragedy: 29 Migrants Die in Tunisian Coastal Boat Sinking   On March 17, 2023, two separate boats carrying migrants sank off the coast of Tunisia, leading to the death of at least 29 people. The boats were supposedly carrying people from several African countries who were trying to reach Europe.   The first boat, which was carrying around 40 people, sank near the Kerkennah Islands in the Mediterranean Sea.
